I've had print fails like that where parts didn't actually touch. Funny thing is on the first generation MSLA printers like the original Photon, that kind of thing would probably print fine due to light bleed. But now the combo of parallel light engines and mono-screens are so precise it really does matter! I've now gotten into the habit of doing the slicer preview zoomed in to show the actual pixels that will be activated on the printer. I've gotten pretty good at spotting problems ahead of time but every once in awhile something will still slip through (or some physical problem with the printer or resin, or just poor design of the model on my part will cause a fail.)
