I am going on vacation and need money to buy my model train needs. I was wondering how much this Bachmann E-Z track is worth. here is the link to the pic. http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g36/severepb/eztrack002.jpg contains: 2 straight/9 curves the brown on the straight track is paint. the paint is clay- I tried to make a road crossing.
I don't know what E-Z Track is 'worth', but one of TrainBoard's advertisers has both straight and 18" radius curve sections for sale at $6.00 each, so the 11 sections you show would be $66.00 plus tax and shipping. Tax in Texas is 8.25% (We use the Advertisers as often as we can because they help keep TrainBoard running for you and me, see?)
that $6 should be for a card of four pieces, or $1.50 each section, $8.50 msrp. Steel alloy track, which you have is the inexpencive track that comes in starter sets, and can be purchased new at the discount houses for around $1 per piece. used steel track is worth 25-50 cents a section, if you can find somebody who wants it. most people upgrade to the nickle track when they move past their trainset. you may be able to get $6 total for all your track, and you're three curved sections short of having enough to make a loop, which requires 12 curved sections. sorry.
You are correct, my mistake, I over looked the 4 per card, I thought they were priced each! Everything is so high today anyway.
