IMHO, this is the best painting thread ever on TrainBoard. I still do a lot of things suggested here.

I don't think so. You could just read the posts by BNSF7173; that would shorten it some. The part about the respirators is just extra, too.
I'm glad this thread is still a good tool for everyone. I'm hopping once I get 100% settled, I can do another one of these. Galesburg RR Days is coming so it's time to do another engine. I'm thinking of doing an early green, white and black BN GP40. If any questions come up, just ask. Jim
