A Conrail, ex-EL caboose has been preserved by the Lancaster chapter of the NRHS along Amtrak's Harrisburg Line. This caboose was built by International and was among the last EL acquired before being transferred to Conrail.
That's really neat! I never saw one in this scheme; I think the giant can opener was unusual. Bluford did two in N Scale, CR 21151 [Bluford 44291] and CR 21153 [Bluford 44290], the latter to match the caboose in your shot.
