Make sure you click on your image in RI to open it full size - then (in Netscape) "right" click on the image and click on "Copy Image Location" - then return to TB and do this in the post:
image location = paste in the image location from RI
So you get something like this:

    Hope this helps!

As I was searching this site for answers I found a couple of references to Irfan View. So I've downloaded it and the plug-ins and will try and get consistent results. Thanks for the quick responses, I love this place.

Harold, and all, when do I resize, between camera and disk, disk and RI, or RI and TB?
Also what kind of parameters am I looking for as to file size, pixel measurement and such?
Sorry, I can be dense at times.
Don't know that it matters but I use Win 98;Yahoo browser.

Depending on the original size I do some amount of resizing on my PC before I upload to RailImages. Those I have done recently I reduced to 900x600 pixils. Then I use the "sized" version in RailImages for posting within TrainBoard.

It would be handy if the full sized image I send to RI was already the "correct" size, then I just post a "link" and keep going.
I was just trying to resize within RI, but maybe my browser won't allow such normal thinking?
No worries, I'm sure the problem is between my ears, and I'll get the helmet fire out eventually. :D
One of these days they'll drag me kicking and screaming into the 21st century; for now, medieval Portugese sailors had better maps.

The "Full" is what you upload and I believe the "Sized" is 640x427 so if you upload an images
at or below that "size" I believe you won't get a "Sized" image within RailImages and the "Full"
is a great fit within TrainBoard.

My full's show up as 1280 X 960, and if I can't "size" within RI, (and now I have Irfan View to work with), maybe I'll experiment with an upload close to your suggestion and either adjust, leave it as is; or try harder.
Thanks for the info on the direction I need to move.
