Sure looks like Anderson and So. Anderson were major facilities, judging from all the structures there. Interesting that the water towers were built from treated timber, except for the one labeled 'steel,' and it was built in between (time) two that were of timber.
Back in the time when these structures were built, South Anderson was a very large facility. Oh, well.
