BN9900 and I were wandering around Seattle this evening and caught a couple of interesting things. The best the lot was a GP60M in Warpumpkin colors (Heritage Premier). I didn't catch the road number, but I'll post a pic of it if I remember when i get the pictures back. There were also the usual collection of greens and a chop-nosed SD9 at Balmer yard. The SD9 (BNSF 6135) was interesting because when it was rebuilt they also put in a central air filtration system, somthing I haven't seen on a SD9 rebuild before. Also in Seattle today were a trio of UP flag units (2 SD70M Tier 2s and a AC44CW) which are rare as hens teeth up this far north. That is the first UP flag unit I've seen in Seattle, though I admit I don't get down there that often. There are definatly a few interesting critters running around the great wet northwest!

The other Day at Vancouver WA Yard I saw a Whole bunch of Yellow and blue which you never see as well as an H1 SD40-2 that was literally fresh from the paint shop. I don't know where they are painting these units. I assume it was interbay, but it didn't even look like it had made the trip from Seattle, that's how clean it was. I also saw some former BN SD40-2 lease units with I think it was FURX reporting marks. I'd never seen those before Either.
