Does anyone know the details of the Iron Highway Project? In a recent issue of Diesel Era magazine, they stated that the last unit from the CSX Iron Highway Project had been scrapped. Did anyone actually see these? Harold
I saw pictures of these cars some time back online. if I can find them again I will post them. The CR split is what killed R&D of this project on CSX. as the budget was moved to provide more cash for the CR purchese. Unfortunate if you ask me.
