Greetings from the Noob. I've been fighting around with a layout design for my room, and would like some help. I have a design done, but with an inferior design program, and lack o' green, I can't convince myself it's what I want.

    Years:undecided, prob transitiony
Road: Heavy on the SP (Lots of Daylight), Santa Fe (cause EVERY Yard Sale box of trains has a Warbonnet F7), and UP (Big Boy. need I say more?)
terrain: at least one steep hill, preferably a multitrack for Big Boy and Cab Forwartds to service an SP and UP line in the same valley
Catch:Needs to maintain space for the bed (can be moved), and the TV, and el chimney

Desires: a large city to buil a model of Indianapolis Union, I know, out of place, but she's my local icon And I've wanted to do one for a while, especially with the decent Milwauke model. This entails an overhead station. I also would like a large Coal Plant, as Dad's idea. Cause He's always getting caught by the in-humanely long Coal train servicing the coal plant. They pull to the end, jut covering the crossing, and back the whole length AGAIN.
Also want to do a large Packing Plant, cause I've continmues seeing cab-Forwards with long strings of dinner, er Reefers. And if at all possible, I'd like to see a good engine house, and a place to park the fuutre HO ringling train, as I don;t wanna have to handrail 60 cars. Nad I'd like to see a freight district down a road, but it's low on the bill, we'lls ee what you guys and gals come up with

here's the RTS setup of the room. With a closet top, a chimney center, and the bed at right. Note, the space next to the closet is reserved for stair way, and a small shelf area.

EDIT: And I'll show ya'll what I hacked out later.
