Well we have made it once again, the end of the work week is almost here. What will you be doing this weekend? I have a few shop projects I want to get done today so I can add them to the eBay store then work on next weekends operations meet. I was hoping to have an early BNSF Geep painted up in time for the meet, but this summer cold I got Monday has kept me down all week. Saturday is soccer all day so nothing will get done then but Sunday I hope to get as much accomplished as possible. Next weekend is what I'm calling the "All RR Weekend." There is the Decatur Train Fair going on as well as the Monticello Railway Museums RR Days festival and of course, my operations session Saturday night. To prepare, I need to list out all of my modern rolling stock, compile lists, produce a switch key and list and get some track cleaning done. With all of that in mind, I hope to tackle that and then some on Sunday. So how about you? What do you have planned for this weekend? Let us know. We'll assemble back here on Monday the 12th. Beginning to wire the staging yardd Build a shelf into the layout for Digitrax Command Stations and electronics stuff "Possibly" work on the city backdrop (view block wall). Air-brushing clouds, etc. Don't know if I'll get to it. We'll see.
I hope to continue working on my revised river bed and bridges. So, I can proceed with the ground cover. And - get my mainline back in service. So - we'll see. Hope ya'll have an outstanding weekend, Wolf
I got all my stuff unpacked this week, but need to continue organizing. I also need to scrounge some lumber to build a basic frame for the yard I brought down - all before heading out early Monday for work travel.
