Looking at my calendar as type this I realize it is Friday the 13th. A dreaded day in the minds of the superstitious and railroaders can be superstitious. Regardless of the date, Friday the 13th has always been a "lucky day" for me. Lets hope the same is for you! No trains for me this weekend. I have a show I am leaving for late this afternoon that involves work and models of the flying kind. Next weekend however I will have two full days of running trains and buying supplies. So how about you? Do you plan to work on your mini pike this weekend? Perhaps with the coming fall schedule of train shows, you will work on your modules. How many have a club open house this weekend? Whatever you have planned, let us know with the obligatory picture or two. We'll come back on Monday the 16th and see how we all did. Until then.. High Greens!
I got sidetracked a bit last week, but I hope to start on the concrete pavement for the tannery this week. I'll have to make a number of Hydrocal castings. My wife is returning from Florida on Saturday, so I may get honey-do'd on Sunday.
I'm planning to be in Claremore, OK operating on the Claremore & Southern model railroad on Saturday. If I can get all of my honey-do projects done Sunday, I have car kits to assemble.
