Another weekend is in the books. How did you fare?

As stated on Friday, my weekend was filled up with my other hobby and work so no trains for me. Now however the big push to get things done in N scale has begun.

So how about you? Did deep deep levels of snow help with modeling productivity? Was the cold enough to keep you at your work bench? Were there any trains hows or open houses you may have attended? Whatever you did this weekend, let us know, with pictures if you have them. We'll come back on Friday the 15th and do it all over again. Until then...

Accomplished very little this weekend. Having issues with my pickup, started to replace fuel pump but decided against since there is a recall out on the gas tank straps, might as well kill a couple birds with one stone and let the Ford garage take care of it. I had a broken sway bar link that I replaced on the truck, also.

In the way of modeling I did come up with what I believe will be the final track plan for the top level of the layout. Construction remains delayed due to the temporary holding yard it has become for over 75% of the G&OM's locomotive fleet rebuild program. The rebuild project will be kicking into high gear due to my working close to home again on a regular basis after this week.

We had a little over a foot of snow here Friday into Saturday. I cleared my driveway and that of three of my neighbors (they help me a lot) with my snowthrower. Made a pot of Chili and installed some decoders into a couple of locos.
