Another weekend is behind us, how did you do with your time?

As stated on Friday, I was gone all day Saturday and Sunday for Jared's soccer tournament so other than getting my N scale clubs newsletter done, I was removed of anything model railroad.

So how about you? Did you fare better? Let us know! We'll come back here on Friday the 18th and do it all over again. Until then, have a great week and...

    High Greens!

Well, since I covered up the last of the pink foam on the previous section of my layout, I needed someplace to display the wares of the breweries that helped get the job done, so I cut and fitted the pink foam. On the left, you can see the beginning of the liftoff bridge that will connect this staging section back to the main layout.

I had to level out the old siding which will become the bridge approach, so there's a whole mess not shown here. The subroadbed is in place., and I can replace the track during the week. I made a trip to my LHS to pick up the Pratt Truss bridge that will be part of the liftoff section, and also found that Atlas flex track is finally once again in stock. The bridge should be an interesting kit to put together.

Well, the yard and garden kinda' took over my weekend, it was time to give it more than a lick and a promise. On the positive side I'm pretty sure I've found an apartment which will get the next version of Siwini Railway going. That's progress in my book. Once in awhile the stars line up.

    Nice beer table Mr. Beasley!

Nothing phot worthy this week - but I am now . . . finally . . . doing a full inventory of my rolling stock. I'm at 50 cars and about a dozen locomotives after the first stab Saturday night.
