Hoping someone can help me out here. I have Kato HO #6 electric turnouts ( left and right turnouts) and none of them have screw settings to make them non-power routing , like what is referenced for the n -scale turnouts. I do want to keep the frog insulated but want to pass DCC power to the rails at all times. The documentation says the selector plug provides power routing and non-power routing, but the only plug that came with the the turnouts are the red/black connector and it has no settings for power or non-power routing. Can someone provide guidance on how to set up for non-power routing while keeping the frog insulated? I have attached pictures to show what they look like internally.

    thanks!

Is this an older model of switch? It may not have the power-routing feature that the newer versions do. Is 2-302-L (on the PC board) the product number? I don't see this number on the Kato website, so this may be an older discontinued version.

I would just add feeders to the two legs of the turnout. I would keep the board as-is, but just add terminal unijoiners to both routes. (product 24-818: https://www.katousa.com/HO/Unitrack/accessories.html) That way, they always get power, but you aren't modifying the board. Adding feeders is the 'manual' way of doing it, like how you wire a Peco or Atlas switch.
