Kato still beats Atlas... I agree !!! Although I'm glad that there are finally other quality manufacturers out there. Being a late era SP & Santa Fe modeller, and having nice stuff from Athearn (SD70Ms - had to return my first run pre-orders, but the subsequent one's are nice), Life Like (GP60s), Atlas (Dash 8's, GP40's & 40-2's, MP15's) and IM (tunnel motors - again, they got them right after the first release) fills out the rosters nicely. They all have their strengths & weaknesses, but the Kato's are still my favorites!
