I saw a Chessie System GP40 when I was in Hamlet a few weeks ago, but I was too busy catching the incoming action, and it left before I caught the #..... Harold
Hmm I saw 2667 in October of '99 with like 5 covered hoppers. With the new paintscheme, the GP40's and the SD40 wont get it, they will likely be retired, but the GP38-2 will get it and MAYBE the SW. That's my guess all non-repainted Conrail uits are getting the old C&O scheme as I have heard numerous places.
