OK, here's another one.. this one I think I have read about; it is (was) an SD40 that has been upgraded to SD40-3 or similar title: Chessie
I know that some SD39s and early SD40s had the brake wheel on the back porchbut it was at the rear end of the hood and not on the porch... Must be some Canadian thing.

I was just thinking it would probably make an interesting modeling project to do some rebuilt leased power. Considering the units often have numerous non-standard variations...
