Lionel Locomotive Lamp

Hi all
Lowe's has the Lionel locomotive lamp on clearence for $22 and change. I was at the Port Huron MI. location last Saturday and happened to see it, and buy it!! :teeth::thumbs_up: Its pretty cool. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up about it!

is it the 4-6-4 Hudson no# 5304 if it is let me know

I think you may have the 0 and 4 out of place. The one I have is no.5340.

If this is the one, that's a great price, about 1/3 of what this one cost my daughter. NYC Hudson 5340.

 

Yep thats the one fitz!

 

It "runs" as well. Push a button on the side and the rods and drivers move, whistle and steam sounds emitted. The only problem I have with it is no locomotive can run without its tender unless it's a tank, and the Hudsons weren't. :sad:

My thoughts exactly fitz! The tender is as much the locomotive as the locomotive itself.
