I was surfing the Hobby Search website and came across a couple of HOn30 little critters that looked interesting. The RTR World Craft 6t Steam Locomotive isn't cheap but I love that diamond stack.

The Ashio Copper Mine "Ford of Ashio" Kit looks like it has tons of kitbash potential and I don't think it would look out of place on a U.S. line.

    Hi Andy, :)

That little steamer is super, but at over $500 it's priced way beyond reason. I wanted to have a narrow gauge "look" for my railroad, but without the narrow gauge price and went HO with this little critter for less than one third the price...

Those critters are why the "n30" scales have such a fascination. They're wonderful just to see in photos.

That is excellent. I love the little "Mack" plate. Who makes it?

It's a HO Jordan Products unpowered Industrial Mack 15 Ton Diesel loco...

with a Bachmann 44 Ton Diesel switcher powered truck in it.

I didn't build it, I bought it from someone else who did an impeccable job of putting it together. It's far beyond my novice modelling skillls.

Both axles are geared and the motor has an oversized brass worm gear that acts as a flywheel.
