    Welcome to Trainboard!!!!!
Nice coverage! What is the train tonnage like in Thailand? Are their trains as heavy as US trains? 2900 HP is'nt much in the US anymore, leads me to guess that the trains, like the United Kingdom, are shorter and lighter.
What are those cars? Boxcars? Livestock cars?

Those are covered goods wagon (Boxcar) with single axle truck. As for trains in Thailand, the axle load limit is 15 metric tons (forget those mighty SD**, we can't support them )
P.S. Welcome to trainboard Nuttapong :)
