Asked once, long ago.....Thought I'd try again. Looking for a good photo of QNSL - Quebec, North Shore and Labrador GP-9 #140. Have the original EMD builders plate. Want a photo of it, and add the chain of ownership below photo. With plan to hand said photo below the builders plate. Have done that with SP/WP/SCL plates as well. Photos I've found, include IC #8276 and MSR(Mid South Railroad) #8276/1020. Chain goes: QNSL #140 -> BellEquip #140 -> PNC #140 -> IC #8276 -> MSR #8276/#1020 -> Omni Trax #1020 -> Transferred to Carlton Trail Ry #1020. Even got in touch with the QNSL offices, asking about photo(s) of the #140. Said they'd check and get back. Never did! If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks.
Maybe try looking thru EMD/GMD builder photo's? Seems like every single loco built had it's pick taken before it hit the road.
