    I can see the "COPS" show now of another person trying to run from the police to only ending up in a crash. What's even better for this story is he had done it once before.

    If this guy has the problem as mentioned, he'll do it again. And again. Needs to be locked up, simply to protect the innocent people who might be hurt, if he ever succeeds in getting into an engine.
