In 1948-49 my husband had a all copper Marx train set that was very much like the Marx mercury passenger sets. His mother had sold them and in tracing its history he found he missed buying his own set back at an auction in a nearby town. He has been looking for one ever since to replace his first Marx train. Several Marx collectors have said there is no such set - but he had one - his mom bought if from Sears for Christmas. Does anyone on this board know of the set or possibly where he might find one. He has watched ebay for a long time and has never seen one so it must have been quite rare. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Joanna
