Does this line / museum still exist? Their web site doesn't work and I found an article behind a paywall about tax issues. They have a GE switcher I am interested in. Sent from my ELE-L09 using Tapatalk
That is but it has been closed. It looks like it is no more sadly. There is a 45 tonner GE which is ex WW2 and passed through Wales en route to France. Sad end for a war veteran if it end ups scrapped Sent from my ELE-L09 using Tapatalk
That is puzzling. According to that page: "Closed November -April. Open during events only during Nov-April." That looks like the only use of "closed". There is also a post that apparently someone has purchased or is planning to do so, the operation. It appears to be an active page, as on July 4th they posted about ticket sales. There have been a bunch of posts there, showing for these past couple of weeks. Nothing that I can see about being closed or out of business.
That is odd, this is what I get when trying to access the URL directly. Likewise I can't find the group which was closed - it was showing last night. However I did find the post you mentioned from someone who says he bought the railroad a month or so ago. That may explain what is going on. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?st...ndunE98KLSxwvofT1jeqyyqbBd5sJtl&id=1544424044 Sent from my ELE-L09 using Tapatalk
