Trainboard N Scalers- Dick Ollendorf, the chairman of the convention committee, tells me we have lost our Contest Host for the the Milwaukee Convention. We are seeking someone who is interested in helping to show what quality modeling is done in N Scale. If that's you, please go to http://www.nationalnscaleconvention.com/ and click on the mailto link for Dick, and volunteer. The chairperson for the Contest refines the rules, counts the votes, makes sure that models conform, and settles any issues. He or she also coordinates the photography for the winners and supervises the presentation to the winners. It takes a few hours, but the contest shows some of the best of N Scale for attendees to admire and be inspired. The convention also is seeking more clinicians. If you have an interest, a skill, or a project that you would like to share, there is a mailto link for you, as well. Layout tours are almost finalized, but there is stil room if you would like to share your work. Some of the prototype tours are starting to fill up, so hurry up please! Alex, love to have you and see what you are working on. Based on a couple of PMs, we're also thinking about having an RPM style "show and talk" area for those not interested in contests per se, but just interested in sharing models and techniques.
