(begin shameless plug) The Grand Valey Model RR Club is running over the Memorial Day Weekend at its club quarters at Cross Orchards Historical Farms in Grand Junction, CO. HO and N scale will be running insode, and G scale will be outside. The local NRSH chapter has been working on its Uinta Railway rollong stock, and may even have the caboose painted by then. Oh yes, there's a car show going on at the same location, so you get to look at antique autos, trucks, and tractors. The other exhibits will be running as well, so if you're in the vicinity, c'mon out. Hope to see some of my fellow Trainboarders there! (end of shameless plug)
That is sure one show I would enjoy being able to visit! Its just too far for me to travel anymore. RATS! I hope to see some photos though, and the old cars too! LaSalle, Packard, Chandler, Stuz, Chalmers,and Deusenburg cars, and Case Steam tractors, and John Deere, my favorites.
