On this anniversary of the 9-11 attacks, I would like to take a moment of silence to honor those who lost their lives on that fateful day in 2001. I would also like to honor some great modelers who have shared their work on Trainboard albums/RailImages! First up is Fishplate, who basically scratchbuilt this boxcab locomotive: Next up is Kitbash, who, well, kitbashed the end of this hopper to better match the prototype: Kingj63 rode this old SD90MAC-H-2 hard, and put it up wet. Love the incinerated paint! Last but not least, G&OM 3207 takes us back to 1968, as engine 1803 shuffles hoppers:
Nice work all around, and Fishplate's boxcab is great. Interestingly, the road number is the same as one of CN's early boxcab diesels.
