mrc sound help!!!

Hi all, does anyone on here who lives in uk operate an mrc sound station? ive tried using a 240v down to 110v transformer but i still have no power, i notice the mrc box says it runs off 120v do i need more power?

What about emailing MRC about this? Of course, you have connected the speaker.

Have emailed mrc, and the speakers are pre wired with no detachable plugs, got a feeling ive wasted my dosh here!
