Reading the latest MTL newletter, I noticed they're starting to take reservations for items to be delivered in 2013, which left me to wonder about all the goodies they announced at NZSC. When will they be available? Don't want an exact date but something in the range of: this year, next year, next NZSC. I can appreciate a reluctance to commit to the locos or track as they're not fully in MTLs control, but I would have at least expected a commitment by now on the in-house car releases. Afterall, there's a limit to how many boxcars I want to own..
It would appear they could take some time to keep new F7 A&B, GP9, GP35 & SD40 in a rotation with a promised E unit & other locos.
Deadlines tend to be a moving target so it is difficult to say when for sure. All the stuff we announced is in development or in Engineering...as they get finished we will be posting more exact dates. Wish I could say more. Cheers Joe MTL
I appreciate the fact you keep us as update as you do. I can not wait for the E-8. I got all them up passenger cars and my f-7 is ready for retirement. :-D
