Hello, I have BLI ES44AC and SD40-2 I operate with an ESU ECOS2 and I tried yesterday to change both CV3 and 4 in order to improve their running. So I changed the value of cv3, and found the acceleration I wanted. So no issue. But when I changed the CV4, whatever the value (0, 100, 200 or the max), I don't see any change on rails. The locomotive decelerates everytime in the same way. Very shortly, absolutely no difference with factory setup CV4=5. Has anyone ever noticed this issue? It looks like CV4 is inefficient on all my BLI locomotives. Thanks a lot for your help.
