Here are some images of n scale stock - a Kato loco, Microtrains freight units and the unmistakeable AC spine cars (with Atlas loads)! Ben
You just can't beat those spine cars of AC's! Nice close-up photos too! There seems to be a great depth of field in these photos. Are they from a digital camera? Russ [This message has been edited by tehachapifan (edited 20 January 2001).]
Russ, the pictures are taken with a Panasonic NV-EX3 mini DV digital video camera which has the facility to take still digital pictures. Ben
I'm not sure where you wanted to go with this but the cars are great the photography is fine but you really need to work on scenery and ballasting that track. All in fun of course.
Ben, was the Italian locomotive was purchased during one of your trips to Italy, or later? We saw one or two of these on our last visit. ------------------ Alan Curtis. Moderator. Alan - It is an Italian Lima HO model of an E656 FS loco and I ordered it 2 or 3 weeks after coming back from holiday in Italy in August - it arrived 2 weeks ago! I am still waiting for an E424 "Brown Bomber" which may or may not materialize; my wife and I are off to Italy again for a long weekend in March, so if I can find a model shop I will see if anything is available in n scale. Irene and I and two friends are going back to Sorrento area again at the end of May, but I don't think we will find a model shop ------------------ Alan Curtis. Moderator. I know there is one in Siena which sells n scale - I went in and had a quick browse - but we are not going to Siena this time but to La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. Ben
Here are two or three more images of n scale rolling stock. Ben [This message has been edited by Ben (edited 30 January 2001).]
