    Hey guys!!
    Just want to let you know that I am still living, but just barely. They say my neck is not broken, just torn up muscles. Am still waiting on results of MRI on low back, cross your fingers. Still can't sit or stand or lay too long. I do hope to be back soon. Thanks all for the personal get wells, sorry I have not written back. Wayne keep sending the funnies. For some reason I still cannot e-mail you!! Take care, and God Bless!!

    John;

    Is there anything we can do to help or anything you need that we/I can provide?

    John, so glad to hear from you in person. The prayers will continue. And continue, and continue. The power of prayer is something else. Hope to hear in the future that you are up and about.

    John,
    Glad to hear the progress. Sounds like lots of rehab in your future, but at least you have one. My family and I are thinking of you- got lots of prayers headin' up the Gunnison your way!

    Hope your rehab goes well and fruitful. To quote two tired but effective old sales sayings:

    1. "Inch by Inch is cinch, yard by yard is very, very, hard." In rehab, this is a good way to view improvement.

    2. "Activity relieves anxiety." I have found this personal phrase to be very helpful.

    Good luck again.

    John,remember:"Running trains stimulates the brains"!

    If you are getting a refusal message, it may be a broken cookie. Let me know here, maybe I can fix that.
