    What are the symptoms?
    Trouble Shooting:
Break the layout down to its basic one oval level.
    Make sure it works.
Slowly add one set of turnouts
    Test
    Continue till it doesn't.

The Unitrack Double Crossovers' rails (except the two outermost rails) are all gapped in the middle, and never conduct end-end, no matter which way its four switches are thrown.

I'd be inclined to flip the inner siding the other way (run around the inside of the far end.) That way the ravine/river your bridges span could go somewhere inside the layout. As is, the bridges don't make sense with a ground level track adjacent and parallel to them.

It also would balance the layout a little better.

But that's just my opinion. It's your layout, so make it your own!
