    Understand completely.
I've had some whiskey barrels I've molded and the amount of resin sure isn't much.......a lot less than 55 gallon or however much those barrels held....)

David, Take pity on John, he asked about cinder blocks a long time ago and those are sorely needed. You da man to to it.

    David,
Have you tried a vacuum vessel instead of a pressure pot? I use it to get air bubbles out of latex mold pours.

Pressure and vacuum have pretty much the same effect. I pressurize all of my molds as well as the castings. All are bubble-free. It's just a matter of finding the best resin for each application. The slower resin yields much finer castings than regular resins. This becomes important for the 55-gallon drums because of their fine edges and details.
