Hello all I am new here and potentially seeking employment on the railroad. I have applied to multiple locations with BNSF, and have been invited to a hiring event in Glendive, mt. I live in California so getting there won't be easy but managed to make it work. can anyone give me insight as to what to expect within this hiring event, the hiring process, and beyond? I currently work as an EMT/Dispatcher for a 911 primary company but looking for a change of scenery. Thanks in advance for all your help
First of all, good luck and keep plugging. Second, try posting your question in the BNSF forum we have - there are a number of folks here who are also just finishing or in the middle of the same process and should have useful info and advice. Finally, keep on like you have for a while longer, it's appreciated (this from a former NREMT-A)
