The NM Rail Runner will begin its long awaited Santa Fe Route @ 6:00am on 12/17/08. Plenty of New Mexicans couldn't wait for the SF extension to begin. I witnessed an empty (dry run) SF---> Albuquerque train headed South on Sunday. It was awsome to see the Rail Runner running through the median of I-25; however, I appologize, I didn't have my camera. I'll snap some pics soon and share with all you wondering minds>>>>>>>>
Was at Amtrak offices in Seattle on Monday for Apptitude testing and saw a Road Runner unit on a Seattle Sounder. Sorry no pic not wanting to give away I as a foamer!!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Our oh-so Famous GOVERNOR Bill Richardson took his oh-so COLD (SNOWING) Inagural first ride on the NM Rail Runner yesterday from Santa Fe to Albuquerque and back. Tomorrow is day one of many for the NMRR Santa Fe extension. & it will B FREE for 2 months!!!!
