New Rail-based Computer Game

LocoMania, a new railroad based computer game will hit the market soon. I haven't heard about it before, so if it's old news I'm sorry. Here is the link to an announcement that includes a few screenshots.

This game is available on the rail tycoon 3 game for the pc.

This one has just "gone gold", meaning the CD master has just been released to manufacturing. Perhaps there is another game which previously used the same name.
