I have been busy in my paintshop lately...
Here's a few new pics of stuff I just completed, more to follow, as I sort out the bugs of the new combination.

I have axed the old propellant can setup, and adopted a new 5 gallon air tank, hooked to an inline filter, regulator, and step-down to airbrush hose. I have yet to try it, but it should work better with the new regulator. THAT was a fiasco with the old 3-dollar one..... Didn't regulate pressure less than 60psi until the tank was nearly empty...

ANYways, the pics are at my web album. Click the link in my signature! [IMG]

Hemi, I assume it's the BN hoppers that have had the paint jobs? Nice looking cars! [IMG]

Which paint and who's decals did you use if this is the case?

    Gary.

    Thanks, Gary!
All the BN/BNSF hoppers that were painted from Bowser's undec 6-bays are custom, by me, with Microscale decals. I mixed and matched the sets, to get the desired look. That latest one is Microscale #60-1037, BNSF ACF Covered Hoppers, 1997+.

Paint is Polly Scale Mineral Red, and for the other BN hoppers, Floquil BN green, and Testor's silver. Most decals were taken from BN freight cars, and BN freight cars, 1991 logo.
I really like the look of the mineral red car.

I guess even with a crappy (Testor's) airbrush, I can get good results.
My next project is the BN tigerstriped SD90MAC fantasy. It's in the paint shop now, awaiting masking, and engine black.
The RS-11 was to replace the shell of my original BN RS-11. Plus, it needed a new number, and BNSF patches! [IMG]
