I am installing an atlas warren truss bridge #2546. my question is how do you attach it to the layout. I have it connected to the track but as trains go over it it moves. Do you glue it, there are no nail holes. the space between the rails and the bottom of the bridge is less than the cork bed. I left about a quarter of an inch for it to sit on but it does not quite fit. am I making sense  thanks in advance

If you will observe on a real bridge, all bridges rest on either an abutment or a pier. You need to model these, which can be of stone, concrete, or even steel beams in the case of a pier.

I'm sorry you must have misunderstood the question. I know how I'm going to finish the senery. the question is how do you attach the bridge to the track structor.

I used to drill holes and nail each end to the piers using card stock and paper to adjust for height with rail joiners each end for current flow. Then I kept having a difficult time cleaning and dusting under the bridge. Now, I still drill the holes, and slip rail joiners on, but after adjusting for height, and glueing the shims in place, I cut the heads off the nails and tap them down flush. Then if I need to dust or do repairs under them, I can simply slip the rail joiners back and lift the bridge free. I do file a slight taper only on the inside of each rail where the bridge ends to prevent a flange 'picking' the usually flat sharp rail ends. No problems since. One additional thing I did this last time. I mounted a small plug jack in the pier. The bridge is wired to one side of the plug. The ground rails on either side of the bridge are jumpered with the jack spliced in between. Now I can lift the bridge completely away. I only use the nails for alignment, no joiners. Easy dust removal.
