No need to build one for a G scale garden railway. Just buy a little track hoe and do some kitbashing.
As per Bremner, NKP leased the the Wheeling & Lake Erie in 1949 and gained access to it's rich coal field markets. NKP took over the W&LE roster and got their first, and only, 2-6-6-2 articulateds.
