    Ok..... It looks like I just fried my first N scale Digitrax decoder. I went to their web site and it looks like a $17.00 repair price. Do you Guys just buy New or do you send them in for repair????? [​IMG] [​IMG]

    Send the decoder, with check, in to Digitrax.
    Providing an explaination of what happened.
    You'll probably recieve a new decoder along with your returned check! I've heard this many times on the Digitrax list. Haven't smoked a Digitrax decoder, yet! I think I smoked a Lenz decoder though.
    Sent them an Email asking about it though.
    Sad thing is, I never got a reply from Lenz, which may keep me from buying any more of their decoders, regardless of the warranty.

    Send the decoder back to Digitrax with an explanation. They will send you a new decoder.

    Keith:

    Lenz is pretty good about replacing a "fried" decoder. I have had no problems with the one or two decoders that I sent to Lenz for replacement.
    Just e-mail or call Debbie Lenz. She usually responds quickly when she is in town. ;)

    Yes send the decoder back with a check and you will more than likely get your check back with a NEW decoder.
