I think part of the problem is the envelope looks too good and not like a magazine inside. The postal workers don't read any more which means the word "perodical or magazine" means nothing, and if they get into a pile of "good stuff" it just goes into distribution. If they goof and send it Trash Mail, it then gets lost in the system and takes forever. Eventually it come out the other end and gets delivered. Possibly Rob should look to less expensibe envelopes or maybe put them in plastic bags like many other magazines. One thing seems common on all the delays are they are GROUPS or bundles that get lost, not just single copies. IMHO. ...don
