If I use Masonite spline construction on my layout can superelevation in curves be built in by twisting the roadbed as it is attached to the supports?

    Hi,

Better yet why not build the super elevation into the spline by raising the splines as you make the curve. An easier way may be to build the splines as normal and then as suggested in other threads here on train board. Place layers of tape between the spline and the roadbed. The tape is placed as needed to make the proper changes in elevation.
