Tender trucks sold separate would be fantastic! I've been asking for these forever. If I had the skills Lajos has, I'd make my own. I have tried at least half a dozen times. I could Use them to make my moguls run well without a gaugemaster! I like that AZL wants to get this particular model right. They know it will be a home run. AFFORDABLE, good looking, prototype looking steam is quite frankly the only thing missing in Z next to affordable vehicles like Classic Metal works in N. This could be the Kato Mike of Z. Bottom line, after the GP's and the SD's of the world have been introduced, diesel is a no brainner. The mechanisms from both AZL and MT have been proven to be top shelf. Stretch the mech, or shrink it, get a shell and you have a winner. The only complaints would be Oooo that hatch or fan or whatever is off for this road, or the headlight doesn't match my road, or that paint doesn't quite match...yadda, yadda, yadda. Now...go out and get the proper valve gear and side rods on a steamer, make it look and run good. That is an engineering feet. Thanks AZL the Z world is waiting. However, please be noted, just like in N, 5 years down the road people will be complaining for a connie, tenwheeler, pacific etc. Nature of us all.
