The National Transportation Safety Board issued its final report on the Howard Street Tunnel Fire. The result was inconclusive . Examiners said that almost all of the evidence either burned up in the fire or was washed away when the pipes overhead broke or was trampled on by firefighters and workmen fighting the blaze. Needless to say, Baltimore City lawyers and CSX lawyers have vowed to pursue the matter to prove the other was to blame. Ka-ching ka-ching for the lawyers, as they battle over a case that neither can probably win because the NTSB cannot assign blame.
I hear ya. Am glad to not live there. So I can't be dragged onto a jury. I'm curious to know the answer. But we'll never have truth this way. Boxcab E50
