quote:

Sorry Scott, but your wrong on this one. The LifeLike SD-7 has full pilots. The Atlas/KATO has open pilots.

Catt is correct. The two I have on the desk right now the LL has full pilots and 1015's
and the Atlas/Kato has open pilots and truck mounted couplers.

So unless someone pulled a switcheroo somewhere, the lifelike has the better coupler arrangement.

Lifelike SW9/12, SD7, GP20, and the new BL2 have full pilots.

I have 1 geep which runs good, is a little noisy, but has a very nice shell and paint.

I also have a couple switchers but I have not put decoders in them yet, so I don't know how well they will run. Again, the shell/paint is very nice.

I would like to nominate LL as the "Most Improved" N scale manufacturer...that is until I get my hands on the Bachmann Consolidation. [IMG]

Another LL from yesterdays session, the E-7, I may just be lucky, but this one purrs like a kitten, creeps well, decent speed, and weighs a ton! ( well not really a ton ;) )
