Ok, I wanted to repost this, because I made a mistake on what I had. You guys answered my questions I had about the pantograph set up (I didnt say Thanks by the way, so Thanks). But, someone asked me what was the manufacture of these cars I have. I have had them for some time, and were a part of a collection I bought out a few years ago. Much of it was Flieschmann, and it being awhile since I dug this out, I thought I remembered it also being Flieschmann, but, I was wrong. THIS is "Roco". It has really good detail, and looks, and feels like a very well made peice, but, I have yet to run it. It does not fit my mid 1950s, small midwestern town scheme, but, I do really like this thing, and plan to DCC it, and use it as a transit for my small town. Does anyone know anything about this piece? Roco? quality? issues I may have? the one with the pantograph is powered, and the other is not. I tend to think it must be "top shelf", because it has an old price tag on it of 230.00, which I assume is USD (maybe not?). It is older I think, maybe 80's or so, and that seems like alot of money for that day. But, anyway, I am not concerned with the "value" of it, just "Is it, or is it not worth messing with...) Any thoughts?
