I purchased the MTH k-4 undecorated model. THrilled with it and plan to badge it as ATSF. It is an early 4-6-2 with the Headlight on top of the front of the steam chest instead of in the middle like the later model. Since this is an early model I thought it would be better to number it something like 1316. My rationale is that the only Pacific I could find that had the similar headlight is currently badged 500, but was originally 1316. Now I am no rivet counter, but I did want to at least be reasonably true to the prototype. Please, your thoughts on this. Merry Christmas!
