I sometimes go by a railroad line that takes care of a box company. One early evening I saw a locomotive labeled Pan Am Railway. I found that quite strange. Looked like white on black because of the shadows. Found out it is dark blue with white letters. Below is the Phase One decals. Below that is the story of the road and both Phase colors. It is the former Guilford Rail System GTI bought the name, colors and logo of the Pan Am airline in 1998.
