Hello All,thought I would share some info I got and post it here for you all to enjoy. The Pasadena Model Railroad Club in Pasadena,CA will be hosting an open house celebrating its 75th year. I included a flyer to share. But here is the basic info: Celebrating our 75th year the club will be hosting an open house. The club operates the Sierra Pacific Lines one of the largest HO scale-operating model railroads in the world covering almost 5,000 square feet. Trains from all eras are operated, steam, diesel, modern freight, old freight, classic passenger trains and Amtrak. Breathtaking scenery and theatrical lighting all combine to make this model railroad one you always dreamed it could be. Donation: Adults $5.00, Children $1.00 (Under 7 free, when accompanied by an adult) Sat. Apr. 25th 1 – 5 pm and 7 – 9 pm Sun. Apr. 26th 1 – 5 pm Tue. Apr. 28th 7:30 pm – 9 pm Sat. May 2nd 1 – 5 pm and 7 – 9 pm Sun. May 3rd 1 – 5 pm They are seeking members to join currently. I have visited the layout and it is by far most impressive. Website is www.pmrrc.org
